Level 1 Beginner - Tuesday Mornings

If you have never used a sewing a sewing machine before (or it has been a while...), then you have found the right course for you! This programme is designed to begin you on your sewing journey.  Starting with the basics of how to set up your sewing machine, over the course of the programme, you will learn all the essential skills you need to create your own skirt.  Along the way, you will build your own sample book of all the techniques that you will be able to refer back to at home any time, and a range of other projects including a cup cosy, bowl cosy, tablet cover, and more! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A PROJECTED START DATE AS THERE IS CURRENTLY ANOTHER CLASS WORKING THROUGH THEIR COURSEWORK RIGHT NOW. IN THE EVENT THAT THE START DATE NEEDS TO BE DELAYED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED. THERE ARE NO CLASSES ON TUESDAY 23RD AND 30TH DECEMBER. Classes are limited to 8 people.   I know that people sometimes need to take time off and I work hard to accommodate that. Please check out the Missed Classes & Catch Up Classes Policy page to see how that works and whether or not your scheduled time off will fall within the policy.
