Gift vouchers are non-refundable

They are redeemable against any products currently offered on The Auld Atelier website.

 

Gift Vouchers are deductible; they don’t need to be spent in one go. The amount spent is deducted from the Gift Voucher value and the balance remains on the unique code to be used later. If you basket is a higher price than the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference can be paid.

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. After this date, the gift voucher and any remaining balance will be cancelled.
