If you're unable to attend an in person workshop, but would still like to participate in the fundraiser, you can Sponsor a Mastectomy Cushion instead.  This means that you will pay the same price for your cushion but it will be made on your behalf by Lisa.  The cushions are designed to fit snuggly yet comfortably under the arm, and be padded enough to provide comfort and protection whilst healing from a mastectomy or lumpectomy, whilst still being soft enough to not be too firm against any healing areas.  One side of the cushion will be made in a velvet fabric, whilst the other will be made in cotton, with a pouch allowing the user to insert a small ice pack should they feel this would help them. 
 
All profits from your purchase will be donated to Maggie's. 
 
Please note that if we receive a larger than anticipated number of sponsorships or workshop bookings, and the Maggie's centres feel overwhelmed by the prospect of storing a large number of items, the excess will either be donated to other centres, charities or places which offer a similar service, or the entirety of your sponsorship (minus the payment provider's transaction fee) will be donated instead.
