If you need to cancel a class or club session

We try our best to offer good value for money.  To manage this, we have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the studio.

We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend your classes so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place.  You must provide us with their name and contact details prior to the class. This applies to a full block of classes.

If you contact us at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then we can offer a transfer to the same block of classes on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a class is planned for that time. If there are no suitable future dates, we can provide a voucher to be used for a future block of classes. 

Please note that there are no make-ups for missed sessions within blocks of classes.

Our right to cancel a class or block of classes

Should we need to cancel a class or block of classes due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.  Where a single class has to be cancelled, an alternative date will be offered.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.  We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.
