We like to offer our customers a vast variety of products with all relevant product information provided up front. Whilst we do our best to ensure our website product images are of a high quality, we cannot always guarantee that the colours will be totally accurate as different monitors can present colours differently. If you require any assistance with colour matching or you have a query about a product, please contact us.

As soon as we receive an order, we will acknowledge and process your order immediately. If we cannot fulfil your order due to stock shortages or for any other reason, we will inform you of this and contact you to arrange the most suitable resolution which includes the option for a refund.

All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling. All our fabric are measured and cut as soon as we process your order. Fabrics are sold by the metre - and fraction thereof.  Please do note that we cannot accept responsibility for any fabric shrinkage and advise purchasing a small amount of extra fabric to allow for this.

Club memberships offer a certain number of sessions a month.  These can be used at any time over the month until they have all been used.  When they have been used up, you are free to top up by paying for individual sessions or club passes.  Your membership is a recurring monthly payment which can be cancelled at any time.

Club passes offer a certain number of sessions to be used within two months.  When those sessions have been used, you are free to choose to change to a membership package, pay for individual sessions, or purchase another club pass package.
